The Government of Punjab has announced new School Teaching Interns (STIs) vacancies under the School Education Department. This initiative aims to provide teaching opportunities to educated youth across Punjab and improve the quality of education in public schools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum required qualification:
- Primary Level: FA / FSc or equivalent
- Elementary Level: BA / BSc or equivalent
- Secondary & Higher Secondary Level: BS / MA / MSc in relevant subjects
- Applicants must be residents of the concerned district.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
Application Schedule
- Online Application:
Candidates can apply from November 21, 2025 to November 26, 2025 through the official portal. - Merit List Display:
The provisional merit list will be displayed on November 27–28, 2025. - Final Merit List:
The final merit list will be displayed on November 29, 2025 after verification. - Placement & Joining:
Selected candidates will receive appointment letters by November 30, 2025.
Classes will commence from December 1, 2025.
Important Notes
- Applicants must submit all documents online at: https://stsi.pesrp.edu.pk
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
- The selection process will be purely merit-based.
- Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 38,000–45,000, depending on the level.

The School Teaching Interns project is designed to:
- Offer teaching experience to educated youth.
- Address teacher shortages in Punjab schools.
- Enhance education quality through fresh, energetic educators.
