Eligibility Criteria

Education / Qualification:

  • Minimum graduation from a local or international university recognized by HEC.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree or HR certifications will be preferred.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 35 years (as of the last date of application submission).

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and support in HR functions such as recruitment, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR governance.
  • Support HR coordination with other business departments.
  • Help implement HR initiatives and maintain internal HR systems.
  • Produce HR reports and assist with employee queries.
  • Keep updated with HR trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and service-oriented attitude.
  • Good understanding of HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
