Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification:
- Minimum graduation from a local or international university recognized by HEC.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree or HR certifications will be preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 35 years (as of the last date of application submission).
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and support in HR functions such as recruitment, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR governance.
- Support HR coordination with other business departments.
- Help implement HR initiatives and maintain internal HR systems.
- Produce HR reports and assist with employee queries.
- Keep updated with HR trends and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and service-oriented attitude.
- Good understanding of HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
