PPSC Jobs Alert 2025 – Junior Clerk and Accounts Assistant Opportunities

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced new job openings in the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, under the Labour & Human Resource Department. These positions are available on a five-year contract basis and are open to candidates from all across Punjab.

Available Positions

1. Accounts Assistant (BS-15)

Total Posts: 15

• Open Merit: 09

• Women Quota: 05
  Type: Contract (5 Years)

Qualification:
B.Com or equivalent degree in a relevant subject or field.

Age Limit:

• Male: 18 to 30 years + 5 years = 35 years
• Female: 18 to 30 years + 8 years = 38 years
• Transgender: As per CNIC gender details

Domicile: All Punjab basis
Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab

Test Pattern:

• One paper MCQ written test (100 marks, 90 minutes)
• Questions will be based entirely on qualification-related subjects (100%)

2. Junior Clerk (BS-11)

Total Posts: 22

• Open Merit: 12
• Special Person: 02
• Minority Quota: 01
• Women Quota: 07
  Type: Contract (5 Years)

Qualification:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized board.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute in English or Urdu.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or any equivalent application.

Minimum Marks: At least 2nd division in the required qualification.
Age Limit:

• Male: 18 to 30 years + 5 years = 35 years
• Female: 18 to 30 years + 8 years = 38 years
• Transgender: Based on CNIC gender details.

Domicile: All Punjab basis
Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab

Test Pattern:

• One paper MCQ written test (100 marks, 90 minutes)
  • General Ability (80%) – GK, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, Current Affairs, Basic Math, English, Urdu, Everyday Science
  • MS Office and Computer Skills (20%)

Note: Only those candidates who pass the General Ability test will be called for the typing/proficiency test.

4. Only degrees recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) will be accepted.
5. No TA/DA will be given for tests or interviews.
